Hair Gracefully is committed to making our content usable for everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies. We believe good hair advice should be available regardless of ability.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, and cognitive.
Accessibility is a continuous process, not a one-time project. As we add content and features, we test and improve. Some older content or third-party components (such as embedded ads or widgets) may not yet fully meet our target, and we work to address issues as we find them.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on hairgracefully.com — a page that's hard to read, a control you can't reach, or missing alt text — please tell us. Email accessibility@hairgracefully.com or use our contact page, and include the page URL and a short description of the issue. We'll do our best to fix it promptly and, where needed, provide the information you need in an alternative format.
